POSITION SUMMARY:

The Physician Assistant in Otolaryngology plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals in the assessment and treatment of patients. Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, performing physical assessments, administering injections, managing wound care, and coordinating patient referrals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an AMA accredited Physician Assistant Program or a baccalaureate degree program that meets the licensure criteria in Pennsylvania.
  • National Certification in Pennsylvania or another state with reciprocity, along with the necessary licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a relevant field is preferred.
