KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers in a timely manner
Gather customer and vehicle details
Accurately relay all vehicle issues as described by the customer
Assess and recommend maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for labor and parts
Set follow-up appointments
Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
Ensure that the final invoice matches the work completed on the repair order
Clarify all completed services and associated charges to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
Previous experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
A commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization
Integrity in both personal and professional conduct
Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
