Job Title: Product Manager - Automotive Lifts

Join Dover Corporation's Engineered Systems segment as a Product Manager for Automotive Lifts. As a key member of the Vehicle Service Group (VSG), you will be responsible for driving the product strategy for our automotive lifts product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, including product branding and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product portfolio decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
  • Lead market research studies, advertising and promotional development programs, sales organization development, internal control systems and procedures, sales training, customer relations programs, etc.
  • Engage with market and customer influencers to build understanding and create preference for VSG products.
  • Visit with major end-user customers to understand unmet needs and promote company as a solution provider.
Requirements:
  • 4-year technical degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in a field sales environment specifying and selling capital equipment in vehicle maintenance facilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making, analytical, and willingness to change and make changes.
  • Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and AS400.
