Pediatric Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Manager to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC. As a Pediatric Care Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the care of pediatric patients, ensuring their individual needs are met and their care plans are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the care of pediatric patients, including coordinating referrals to primary providers, specialists, and community resources.
  • Provide direct client care, including a holistic approach to the care of children and their families.
  • Educate clients and families regarding immediate care needs and preventative behaviors.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure eligible in the state of Kentucky.
  • Recent graduate with a provisional RN license.
  • Basic personal computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems.
  • Preferred: At least six months of current experience as a practicing RN with pediatric experience.
