Dedicated Nursing Caregiver FT Days 5k Sign-On Bonus

Cone Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospital team on a full-time basis, working days. This role offers a competitive sign-on bonus of $5,000.
In this position, you will support the Registered Nurse or healthcare provider in delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing hospital-based care plans, preparing equipment for procedures, and ensuring that proper techniques and safety precautions are taken in sterile environments.
You will also play a key role in collecting patient history and medical information, communicating health care instructions to patients and families, and responding to emergencies and safety hazards. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing care plans as directed by the Registered Nurse or healthcare provider.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must have a current LPN license in North Carolina and hold a BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification. You must also possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a Diploma in Practical Nursing, and an Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) which should be completed within four years of hire. New LPN graduates must be accepted into the Cone Health LPN Academy.
