About This Role

Serve as a skilled nursing assistant in a dynamic and diverse healthcare environment.

Job Summary
  • Perform daily living activities for or with residents/patients, promoting their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Transport residents/patients to designated areas within the facility, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including changing bed linens, running errands, directing visitors, and answering phone calls.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and fluid output, as directed by medical professionals.
  • Prioritize resident/patient safety, comfort, and privacy while performing responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors regarding resident/patient needs and concerns.
  • Maintain strict infection control measures and adhere to all regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree not required; High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) is necessary.
  • Listed as Nursing Assistant I with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in clinical specialties is highly preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $17.00 - $23.46 per hour, with hiring decisions based on experience and internal equity.
