Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cash handling duties, including operating a cash register and processing transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
