We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Club at Kalea Bay. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
