Job Title: Hotel Valet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Valet Manager to join our team at LAZ Parking Georgia, LLC. As a key member of our Hospitality Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial, operational, safety, and service success at our hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the financial, operational, safety, and service success at our hotel locations.
  • Lead and direct the activities of Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff.
  • Ensure increased revenue, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest level of safety and service thresholds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience in parking, restaurants, hotels, or related fields is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
