  • Monitor and direct traffic flow in the parking area
  • Assist with luggage, packages, and other items for clients and guests
  • Provide information about the business center, nearby amenities, and local attractions
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of vehicles and property
  • Maintain accurate records of valet transactions and report any issues or incidents to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
