Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aquity Solutions, LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, resolving issues, and answering questions related to medical bills and accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients via inbound and outbound phone calls to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding medical bills and accounts, including insurance Explanation of Benefits.
  • Review and analyze insurance Explanation of Benefits to determine patient responsibility, adjustments, and write-offs.
  • Explain charges, answer questions, and communicate requirements, policies, and procedures regarding patient financial care services and resources.
  • Work with patients to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organization, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Moderate computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Tools.
  • Problem-solving skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service (1 year).
  • Medical billing and/or revenue cycle management knowledge within a healthcare-related field (1 year).
  • On-site patient contact center (call center) experience (1 year).
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
