Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and promote our offerings to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
