Join our enthusiastic team as a Campus Retail Associate, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and assist store management in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store functions at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Expectations:
+ Support the processing of sales transactions, including cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
+ Foster a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
+ Take initiative in store operations, including operating equipment and cash registers, while maintaining speed and accuracy in transactions.
+ Keep the store organized and appealing by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and maintaining product displays.
+ Temporary roles require availability for weekly shifts for a duration of 90 days or less, including occasional weekends, with flexibility for various shifts.
Physical Requirements:
+ Frequent movement throughout the store to access different departments and products.
+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
+ Frequent lifting of merchandise.
+ Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
Compensation Information (Applicable in specific locations):
Pay: Temporary Retail Associate pay rate starts at $15.00/hour.

Qualifications:
+ Candidates must be at least 16 years old to be considered for temporary roles.
+ Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
+ A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Basic skills in math, typing, and data entry.
+ Flexible availability throughout the academic year, especially during peak times.
