Job Title: Residential Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Valiant Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and property common areas on a defined schedule.
  • Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
  • Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Perform job duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles to doing so.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Make ready units for new move-ins.
  • Check appliances and inform Lead Maintenance of problems.
  • Make keys when necessary.
  • Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs and replacements.
  • Change A/C filters.
  • Operate Carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
  • Lend assistance during trash-out of the apartment.
Requirements
  • Willingness to perform all required tasks.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of work safety habits.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Able to work on call (as necessary and/or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after-hours and weekends).
  • Ability to organize & prioritize work.
  • Social skills in order to interact with residents.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit, stand, climb, and stoop for up to 8 hours or more if needed.
  • Must be able to walk the property for up to 8 hours (or more) in various weather conditions.
  • Must have the ability to climb stairs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
