$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Make Ready Tech is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins. This involves carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties, as well as installing, repairing, and rekeying deadbolt locks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various maintenance tasks to prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain company safety standards.
