Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Property Supervisor to join the team at PREMIER CHAMPION BUILDERS LLC. The Residential Property Supervisor is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned residential property. As a successful Residential Property Supervisor, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertise vacant properties using various marketing channels to reach potential tenants.
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities, highlighting the benefits of living in the area.
  • Hold open houses to attract potential buyers and showcase the property's features.
  • Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references to ensure a smooth leasing process.
  • Accept rental payments and provide receipts to tenants on time.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends to make informed decisions about property management.
  • Negotiate leasing terms and close deals with new tenants.
  • Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned by management.
