Role Summary
This position entails data entry and ensuring the precision of GEOtrack for the Program Department. Key responsibilities include entering and maintaining events in GEOtrack, assisting with attendance tracking, generating reports, and supporting programming and Continuum of Care (CoC). Confidentiality and discretion are essential due to the sensitive nature of the role.
Core Responsibilities
- Adhere to GEO policies, procedures, and facility regulations.
- Accurately input and maintain data in GEOtrack for Programs in a timely manner.
- Submit necessary reports related to GEOtrack and CoC Program.
- Conduct audits of GEOtrack enrollment with the state database.
- Participate in training on GEOtrack.
- Execute assigned tasks effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and interact with individuals in various settings.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to follow instructions and regulations, maintain accurate records, and engage effectively with the public.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
