Job Summary

The Associate Director for Employer Relations is a key member of the Career & Experiential Learning team, responsible for developing and managing employer relations programs to enhance engagement, create opportunities for students, and support career readiness efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employer relations strategies to foster partnerships and opportunities for students and employers.
  • Manage and oversee career fairs, events, and programs to promote employer engagement and student career readiness.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, Student Affairs offices, Institutional Advancement, and the Center for Innovation to support and grow the Curry Connectors program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, academic departments, and other stakeholders to promote career opportunities and support student career development.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on career services technology, including Handshake and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Develop and analyze surveys to provide outcome data and information for accreditation and ranking institutions.
  • Produce visual data reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as student affairs, human resource management, or business.
  • Three years of experience in a related business, recruiting, career office setting, or human resources.
  • Experience representing a college or university in large-scale programs and with employer partners, students, faculty, and alumni.
  • Supervision experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience using career service technology, such as Handshake and CRM tools.
Salary Range

$75,000-$80,000 annually.
