Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare civil site designs and construction documents for land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Perform discipline design tasks, applying fundamental engineering concepts and mathematical formulas.
  • Prepare drainage design, calculations, and reports, including storm sewer systems and detention water quality calculations.
  • Prepare application packages, including calculations and narrative reports, for review and submittal to regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor the review and approval process of engineering designs/drawings and reports for development projects in various cities in middle Tennessee.
Requirements
  • Good administrative and management skills to file electronic submissions and monitor the review process.
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
