Your Role:
As a Project Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Project Management team with the initiation, development, management, and oversight of field projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Field Technicians to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on project schedules, budgets, and issues.
- Support the implementation of change orders and maintain critical issue tracking processes.
- Organize and communicate essential project information to facilitate timely decision-making.

Qualifications:
- A degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven track record in project execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance and control.
- Project management certification.

Working Conditions:
- The role involves working in construction sites, facilities, and office environments.
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Compliance with safety protocols while on customer sites.
