This role involves leading the Acute Management Team for homebound patients and coordinating daily tasks with triage staff. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, relevant certification from American Nurses Association, and a current and unrestricted DEA License. Excellent diplomatic communication skills and experience in handling difficult customer situations are also required. The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Benefits include a Monday through Friday day schedule, benefits after 30 days, company-paid Short Term Disability, 7 paid holidays, and 4 weeks of Time Off.
