Inpatient Care Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at Buffalo General Hospital. As an inpatient care specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the delivery of comprehensive medical services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including diagnosing and treating common inpatient medical conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- 3-5 years of inpatient medicine experience required
- Current New York State license and DEA certification
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary range: $105,000-$135,000
