Courier/Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Courier/Driver to join our team at PharmaLogic, a leading provider of radiopharmaceutical solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering nuclear pharmacy products to hospitals, physician's offices, and other medical facilities, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
  • Following map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently.
  • Unloading products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service.
  • Accepting returns from clients where applicable.
  • Completing appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles and facility.
  • Assisting with the stocking of products and supplies throughout facility as well as tracking inventory.
  • Notifying Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low, need to be re-ordered or replaced.
  • Performing routine safety checks on vehicles and pre-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines.
  • Immediately reporting all vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions to Pharmacy Manager.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with valid state driver's license required.
  • Must have and maintain clean driving record.
  • Must have ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette.
  • Must have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
  • Prior driving, delivery and/or customer service experience preferred.
