Guest Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Load carts with supplies and equipment needed to perform duties.
  • Ensure guest rooms are set up to meet standards and report any discrepancies to the Inspector.
  • Turn in Lost & Found items following standard procedures.
  • Fill out assignment sheets as each room is completed.
  • Ensure all equipment is in operation order and supplies are up to par.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience or training required, but previous guest room attendant experience in a full-service hotel or similar job experience is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
