About the Position:

Hiring a Project Manager responsible for assigned projects' financial and administrative activities. The Project Manager must be capable of translating project strategy into tactical and operational project-level planning that creates the desired project financial, schedule, quality, and relationship results and must possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the Company's expected project outcomes. The Project Manager will work with a diverse customer base in the commercial, office, warehouse, education, institutional, healthcare, retail, recreation, government, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of overall commercial construction experience
  • 5+ years of previous experience as a PM for a commercial general contractor
  • Experience on commercial projects of $7-20M in value
  • Ground-up, commercial and/or industrial experience preferred

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement project plans that meet the needs of the client and the company. The Project Manager will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
