Position Overview: The Control Systems Technician role necessitates a foundational understanding of the skills and expertise required to diagnose and resolve issues related to control system inputs and outputs, as well as instrumentation.
Qualifications: Candidates should be enrolled in a two-year certification program focused on control instrumentation or have completed a recognized apprenticeship program in control instrumentation repair by the United States Department of Labor. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with three years of hands-on experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of computerized electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical instruments used in water and wastewater process control.

- Installing, calibrating, repairing, and replacing both digital and analog process control instruments.
