Your Role

INVISTA is in search of a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to be part of our CFO organization. This position will concentrate on establishing and managing a center of excellence for legal entity governance.

About Our Team


As a Financial Operations Manager, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization to implement cross-functional solutions that enhance business value.

The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative mindset, excel in transformative initiatives, cultivate strong partnerships, and demonstrate excellent analytical, economic reasoning, communication, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities


Lead the establishment of a center of excellence for legal entity governance, which includes the development and execution of policies, procedures, and best practices for accounting, reporting, and governance of legal entities.

Support the strategic goals of the organization and ongoing improvement efforts by identifying and implementing best practices that contribute to reliable, accurate, and transparent reporting.

Build and maintain partnerships with other finance functions, leveraged capabilities, business units, and external auditors to facilitate the creation of the center of excellence.

Provide mentorship and support to legal entity owners by linking them to accounting principles and best practices.

Identify key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.

Advance the Principle Based Management culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles.

Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including generating ideas, gathering data, establishing facts, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions, and presenting insights.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience in business analysis, financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity (team development, transformation leadership, project management, etc.).
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the manufacturing sector.
Background in project implementation and/or management.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
Experience with SAP or OneStream.
