Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and continuing education.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and health conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient histories accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) licensure without sanction.
  • Valid Nevada driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Department of Public Safety background check/fingerprint clearance process.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to drive and provide care in clients' places of residence.
  • Excellent clinical skills in patient care provision.
  • Good documentation skills according to company standards and state and federal guidelines.
  • Legible writing.
  • Meet standard productivity levels set by the agency.
  • Meet quality standards regarding documentation.
  • Completion of Home Health Nurse Exam and Skills Self Evaluation.
