About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Analyst to join our IT team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first and second level technical support to our employees, ensuring a highly available and responsive systems environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop systems and applications, file access, password lockouts and resets, file restorations from backup, security issues, permissions, application support, e-mail issues, network connectivity, internet issues, printer issues, workstation support and mobile wireless device support.
  • Participate in IT projects, equipment and client moves and changes, application rollout, security-focused projects, equipment build and deployment and other special activities.
  • Conduct training sessions for FHNF employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or other qualifying discipline.
  • Two years of significant experience in IT with demonstrated success in client-level problem resolution and working with customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
  • An attitude of commitment to customer service.
  • The ability to lift 50-pound equipment and to position self to move technology as required.
