Department: Core Nutrition / Innovation & Science

Compensation Level: EXC 16

Compensation Range: $107,914 - $139,653 annually, inclusive of performance bonuses

Work Location: Ada, MI

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess scientific literature to bolster global product initiatives

  • Convert intricate nutrition science into accessible language for consumers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster product innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Biosciences, Nutrition, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in scientific research and data analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in leading clinical trials is advantageous

Desired Skills:

  • Capability to articulate complex ideas to varied audiences
  • Interpersonal skills to motivate and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry trends and innovations
  • Certifications such as RD or ACRP are advantageous
