Program Manager Lead

The Floating Program Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our residential programs. This role requires a strong leader who can provide guidance and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and treatment planning interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with our agency's philosophy and techniques of psychiatric rehabilitation.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including the development of progressive discipline plans as needed.
- Arrange staff schedules to meet the health and safety requirements of our residents, as well as their individual needs.
- Supervise the development and implementation of Quality Indicators through the IAP process and Program Goals.
- Participate in the assessment of person referrals, admissions, and discharges.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive program and person records, meeting agency and funding source standards.
- Liaise with families, guardians, DMH, and other outside service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Supervise and participate in the housekeeping and maintenance of our facilities and vehicles.
- Develop and manage program budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise the management of person's funds and possessions, adhering to IAP and agency guidelines.
- Monitor medications in accordance with MAP regulations.
- Provide training to newly hired employees on NSMHA requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field highly preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience, with two years of experience in Human Services, specifically working with populations with developmental disorders and/or mental health, and supervisory experience required.
- Must have a valid Driver's license and be MAP certified, with CPR/first aid certification within five continuous months of employment/date of hire (training provided).
