Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to execute tailored behavior intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.

- Engage in activities such as leading group sessions, interactive centers, discrete trial training, structured peer play, motor skill activities, and creative projects that directly contribute to each child's developmental milestones.

Qualifications:
Behavioral Support Specialist Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience with individuals with Autism is beneficial but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Must ensure the safety of students and, in certain situations, may need to implement safety protocols.
- Must be capable of removing oneself from potentially dangerous situations and, if necessary, lifting a child.
