We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. in Merrimack County, NH.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist the Clinical Director in various aspects of our program, including hiring, training, and supervising Behavior Technicians, developing strategies for program growth, and providing consultation and support to families and children.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise Behavior Technicians
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for program growth
  • Provide consultation and support to families and children
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development and quality assurance

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
