Job Description

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Merrimack County, NH. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight to our team of behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical direction and oversight to behavior technicians
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies for program continuation and growth
  • Collaborate with clinical directors on program development and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
