Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the school year. This full-time role will primarily serve as a rover, addressing site needs across multiple locations within the San Marcos, California area.

Qualifications:
  • SLP Applicants:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English), but not mandatory.
  • SLPA Applicants:
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
    • Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language services to students across various sites.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and services provided.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate state licensure and certification for SLP or SLPA.
  • Proven experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
