Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing assessments, evaluations, and therapies to help them achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet students' goals
  • Collaborate with special education staff to provide comprehensive support to students
  • Manage various caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas state license
  • Previous experience in school and/or pediatric settings preferred
  • Experience with IEPs and other educational programs
