Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors and vendors to resolve repair and maintenance issues at Sage Dental facilities
  • Review quotes and bids to ensure compliance with facilities budget
  • Maintain the upkeep of work orders and schedule repairs around patient schedules
  • Monitor and respond to day-to-day facility management and maintenance issues
  • Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure they meet Sage Dental's standards
  • Manage small capex remodels, minor remodel work, and other miscellaneous improvements
  • Ensure the needs of the business are met and implement a facilities plan for Sage Dental locations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • Multi-unit or multi-location facility management experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, service level agreements, contracts, and technical manuals
  • Critical thinking and ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to travel periodically (10% travel) to perform site assessments and assess prioritization needs
