Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Line Associate to uphold the quality that has been cherished by our customers for over a century.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour
This position is for the first shift, and availability for overtime is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Line Associate, you may be tasked with operating various pieces of machinery, including shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing equipment, and scales. You will be expected to adhere to all company protocols as outlined in the employee handbook.

Your responsibilities will include setting up the production line, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring proper cleanup at the end of your shift. You will also be responsible for upholding quality standards, ensuring that all products meet our rigorous criteria for appearance and packaging.

Participation in ongoing training will be essential to enhance your skills and knowledge. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.


Candidate Profile:


Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of arithmetic and be able to read and comprehend instructions, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, along with bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods, as well as performing repetitive manual tasks.
