Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a member experience strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the Member Experience Team in executing the strategic plan, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of member events and programs.
  • Create and execute relevant programs and initiatives that cater to the needs and preferences of our members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze member feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve the member experience.
  • Manage and oversee the budget for member events and programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or Recreation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Relations, or Marketing & Communications.
  • Proven track record of leading a team or project to a successful outcome.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience.
