HRIS Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join Saxon Global as an HRIS Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex project to move payroll for FoodLion brand to a weekly pay schedule. This involves moving ~80,000 associates in their payroll system, changing the pay date from a Wednesday to a Thursday, and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with project owners, executive sponsors, and project teams to establish project objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Participate in the development of the project charter, obtain stakeholder approval, and manage scope changes.
- Develop and maintain project plans for each project/program within MS Project for PMO managed initiatives.
- Provide project teams with agendas and meeting minutes.
- Develop and maintain actions/issue/risk logs for each initiative.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience.
- Preferred PMP Certification.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong PM experience and background in portfolio management.
- Previous finance/SAP/payment processing project experience is required.
