As an HRIS Process Lead at Husqvarna Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a global organization, building a network within a diverse stakeholder environment and growing and developing within an international environment.

Workday is at the heart of our HR tech landscape, and this hands-on role combines Workday functional configuration knowledge with HR business knowledge and IT processes. You will work in partnership with business process owners, functional SMEs, super-users, and end-users in the deployment of Workday solutions.

You will play a vital role in enhancing HR service delivery, implementing technologies, and reimagining possibilities to improve the digital employee experience. Your main tasks will include technical ownership for some of the processes we support, such as Payroll (US & Canada) & Absence Management, as well as service management. You'll also be responsible for leading smaller initiatives/projects, both local and global, and handling support cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Process Owners to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, leading operational activities
  • Communicate Workday capabilities to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop technical job aids, training content, and communications for users
  • Provide training material for new Workday capabilities
  • Maintain business process configuration, identifying opportunities for enhancement or simplification
  • Spearhead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, and configuration of new Workday features
  • Perform fit and gap analysis on Workday processes and upcoming features impacting your processes
  • Act as the technical HRIS NA partner for designated areas in Workday
  • Offer consultation to HR Business Partners and COEs, providing solutions and impact analysis
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities
  • Evaluate releases and functionality to improve Workday usage
  • Configure, test, and implement Business Process changes in Workday and impacted integrations
  • Assist in testing integrations, security, and annual events
  • Act as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
  • Provide input and knowledge sharing with Workday Team Lead and stakeholders
  • Manage security and governance for NA support roles
  • Develop reporting, analytics, and ensure data quality governance
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and make strategic recommendations based on changing business requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships, provide training assistance, and user support
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and designs
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to meet business goals and user requirements
  • Implement UX best practices and design thinking methodologies
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing
  • Research UX trends, tools, and technologies related to HR technologies
