The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team at AccruePartners. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the functionality of our HRIS system, UKG Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, customize, and maintain UKG Pro to ensure optimal HRIS operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to identify system enhancements and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage user permissions, access, and system configurations to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS Manager or Senior Administrator, with a strong background in analyzing system performance and optimizing processes.
  • Proven expertise in conducting diagnostic tests, audits, and documenting HRIS processes.
  • Proficient in HRM software such as UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, or Workday HCM.
