Construction Contractors Association Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Director for our construction contractors association in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of association strategies and programs.
- Provide support to the executive team in various aspects of association management.
- Collaborate with members and stakeholders to promote the association's mission and goals.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of marketing materials and communications.
- Participate in contract administration, collective bargaining, labor relations, and association promotion efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of contract administration, collective bargaining, labor relations, association promotion, or ERISA is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Initial salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
