Job Overview

Berkel & Company Contractors, Inc. is in search of a Construction Project Engineer to support our operations. This role focuses on projects involving Auger Pressure Grouted Piling, Displacement Piling, Driven Piling, Pressure Grouting, Sheeting and Shoring, Ground Improvement, and Micro Piling. The successful candidate will ensure that all team members are effectively coordinating their responsibilities and that the contract's quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate the technical and quality control components of assigned projects.
  • Monitor compliance with specifications, relevant codes, engineering practices, and company standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project team members, third-party inspectors/engineers, and the general contractor.
  • Engage in client and contractor meetings to address quality control issues.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be determined based on experience.
