Job Description

Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Adjustment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Loan Servicing Department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our consumer loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely loan maintenance, including recasting, manual adjustments, and waive late fees.
  • Assist with loan modifications, including product add-ons, due date exceptions, and CPI charges and refunds.
  • Verify total loss documents from insurance companies and complete letters of guarantee.
  • Post payoff checks and release vehicle titles accurately and on time.
  • Assist with loan reports and audits, including weekly interest, monthly workout loans, and CreditDefender reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • 3+ years combined financial service, customer service, consumer lending, or mortgage lending experience, including at least 1+ years of consumer or mortgage lending experience.
  • Working knowledge of Consumer Lending business terminology and process flow.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Symitar and problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing, walking, and sitting occasionally, with lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling rarely. The work environment is typical of an office setting with occasional noise and temperature changes.
