Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise technicians within the Pro and Audio departments.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of electronic equipment.
  • Enhance the efficiency of RMAs by reducing open-close lead times.
  • Analyze and monitor the aging of RMAs.
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams to establish effective replenishment strategies.
  • Document essential processes and standard operating procedures for Pro and Audio services.
  • Ensure a balanced workload among technicians.
  • Facilitate cross-training initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing key activities and achievements.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of service technicians.
  • Electronics diploma is required.
  • 5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair.
  • Knowledge of pro-audio equipment (e.g., mixing consoles, wireless systems, lighting, amplifiers) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills, including decisiveness and integrity.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows effectively.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • CSA certification is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
