Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise technicians within the Pro and Audio departments.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of electronic equipment.
- Enhance the efficiency of RMAs by reducing open-close lead times.
- Analyze and monitor the aging of RMAs.
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to establish effective replenishment strategies.
- Document essential processes and standard operating procedures for Pro and Audio services.
- Ensure a balanced workload among technicians.
- Facilitate cross-training initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing key activities and achievements.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of service technicians.
- Electronics diploma is required.
- 5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of pro-audio equipment (e.g., mixing consoles, wireless systems, lighting, amplifiers) is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills, including decisiveness and integrity.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- CSA certification is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
