Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into loyal clients. This role offers growth opportunities within the company, requiring analytical skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce products and services, and initiate conversations with residents or business owners.
  • Qualify potential leads by gauging interest, collecting contact information, and assessing the prospect's needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate appointments with interested homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about market changes and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Nurture positive relationships with prospects through friendly and professional interactions, active listening, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and adherence to company policies and values.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in customer acquisition, marketing, sales, or a related role is highly valued.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential for building rapport with potential clients.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance are required.
