Your Impact

The Director of Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in bringing in top talent to the organization, helping us become a top 10 global restaurant brand. You'll oversee the Talent Acquisition team, allocate recruiting resources, and develop external sourcing strategies to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  2. Allocate recruiting resources to support critical business initiatives.
  3. Develop external sourcing strategies that support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Create and manage an annual recruiting plan and budget, tracking talent acquisition projects while monitoring spend to ensure the team is meeting hiring goals.
  5. Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders on emerging trends that allow the organization to attract best-in-class talent.
  6. Lead searches for Director and above talent.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors that support talent acquisition efforts; regularly assessing vendor performance to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  8. Oversee the sourcing, hiring, and recruiting efforts of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  9. Develop and maintain relevant dashboards to monitor recruitment efforts and productivity.
  10. Use data to drive decision-making and productivity.
  11. Create talent acquisition strategies that shorten the time to fill and ensure new team members have a positive onboarding experience with the organization.
  12. Leverage and optimize recruitment technology and vendor portfolio.
  13. Provide necessary support to hiring managers while they collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.
  14. Create custom guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
  15. Support international talent acquisition efforts and ensure consistent onboarding experience for new international talent.
Requirements

You should have a high degree of emotional intelligence, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You should also be able to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work within a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life

Your day could be filled with frequent use of a computer and other technology, gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team. You'll need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, upholding quality and sense of urgency.
