About the Role

As a Style Consultant at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional guest experience and driving sales through strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment, ensuring the sales floor is set and replenished with the right products, and providing personalized recommendations to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them
  • Observe and respond to guest needs, using store tools to understand key metrics and sales goals
  • Ensure product availability by keeping the sales floor replenished and organized
  • Set and maintain visual standards and visual merchandising guides
  • Provide personalized recommendations to guests and solve issues quickly
  • Support changes to product assortment and maintain a brand space following new sets
  • Execute revisions, sales plans, and planograms for defined categories
  • Accurately execute backroom fills and maintain organization of backroom aisles
  • Prioritize guest interaction and engagement while balancing tasks
What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience. You should have a strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories, a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members, and effective communication skills. You should also be able to work both independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly, and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
