About the Role

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage for all Immediate Care clinics in the Portland, Oregon service area. This is a float position where the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across all 7 clinics within the Portland area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an urgent care setting
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Part-time position at 0.5 FTE
  • 6-hour late-day shift schedule
  • Guaranteed salary, generous incentive pay
  • CME days and dollars offered
  • Outpatient care only
  • Must be willing to work at all 7 Immediate Care clinics in the Portland Service area
  • OR license required
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced urgent care or emergency department
